Intel confirms future Intel 10A node, Intel 14A process is progressing smoothly

On August 2, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger reconfirmed the existence of Intel 10A, a process node that has not yet been officially announced, in the investor conference call after the announcement of the second quarter of fiscal year 2024.
He said:
In addition to the Intel 18A, we are also advancing the development of the Intel 14A and Intel 10A.

As we move Intel 4 and 3 production capacity to Ireland, our TD team will be able to focus more on the 18A, 14A, and 10A nodes.
Intel officially mentioned the Intel 10A process for the first time in a closed-door event at IFS Direct Connect in February this year. Screenshots from the slides shown at the time show that Intel 10A is expected to contribute production capacity from 2028 onwards:
According to the existing process plan, Intel 10A will become the second generation of Intel's advanced process to introduce High NA EUV lithography after Intel 14A.
For Intel 14A, Pat Gelsinger claims that the process, which will be introduced no earlier than 2025, is going well.
On the ASML High NA EUV lithography machine that supports Intel's 14A and 10A processes, Intel's second High NA EUV lithography machine is about to arrive at the Oregon R&D fab, following Intel's completion of the assembly of the world's first commercial High NA EUV lithography machine in April this year.
